I used to think that meditation was just for hippies who had a lot of spare time. I thought 'Who has the time to meditate?'. I never thought it would work for me but it did!  I'm a working mother of two young children. I had hit rock bottom and was just surviving and I thought 'this is not what life is supposed to be like. What is the point?'. I had completely lost motivation and didn't know who I was anymore. I had heard through a friend about Rob and Al Centro and that it had changed their mindset and dealing with everyday stressors. The first intro session with Rob put me at ease as he seemed to really understand where I was at. I never thought I'd say this but I now meditate every day. I find the time - its the fix I need which sets me up for the day and helps deal with my anxiety. I now get up early just to meditate and prioritise the time for myself. I love it and would highly recommend it. Rob is a great teacher and very relatable.  Thank you!

Had the most amazing 3 day meditation course with Rob. Learnt everything I needed to know to implement the technique in my everyday life. Rob was fantastic in guiding and answering any questions I had. He has such a calming presence just stepping into the space gave me a sense of calmness. Meditation is an incredible tool to have as busy mum of a 1 year old, it helps me recharge and find focus through out the week. One of the biggest benefits is feeling energised, it honestly helps when nights have been tough. Definitely recommend for any parents struggling with a busy everyday balance needing to find some grounding and focus!
